I wanted to ask you if you would like to give your thoughts on why Indian origin CEO have been appointed leaders of some of the big Techs. What characteristics of theirs that you notice?
we’ve seen many more global CEOs that are south asian origin than those of east asian origin (even though there are more east asians).
might be that there are more opportunities for east asians in their home countries.
also might be that the top south asians leave their country (and go to US/UK) because India and Pakistan might be harder to break into (because the class system is so rigid and the main businesses are family run).
